  • Awesome job sir you have an amazing piece of property there buddy. I don’t know how many acres you have there but it sure is nice. And the fact that you can’t see a neighbor from your place is just that much better

    Craig RasnicCraig Rasnic29 kun oldin
  • Tim from Canada you should’ve use your excavator to dig the hillside out before you try to run your skid steer.. watching your video do you not know why you use the bucket for your driveway in your last videos you use the bucket with the teeth on it it seem to work better there’s parking here is no use only good for sand ... The hillside should’ve been dug out first before you decide to use it for your road just my opinion on it. Just what I see I know everyone’s a bag C construction foreman. Everyone has the ideas because no one was doing the job

  • Your sitting on a goldmine with that property my friend. Very best of gravel. And not to mention the hardwood. You should do some tapping and make maple syrup at the castle.

  • I am needing a new driveway 750' long. The ground is mainly sandstone under the topsoil. Can I just have shale put down instead of limestone? Is shale very slick in the rain? My area has limestone for $300 and shale for $145 per load (10yrds). The last mile of road leading to my driveway is absolute garbage so I want to avoid making it better than the road leading in.

  • Hi, amazing content Andrew, I've found your channel recently because my toddler is amazed with heavy machinery. I was wondering, all of these roads you maintain are part of the owner's property? Are they public roads but homeowners needs to maintain them? If they are public, why the city is not maintaining them? Looks different as we do in my country. Thanks!

    GabrielGabriel4 oy oldin
    • All of the road that Andrew maintains are private roads, they are on land owned by homeowners. A very few of the roads are owned and maintained by more than one homeowner. Town roads are always maintained by the town, Andrew doesn't work on town roads.

I'll guarantee you that females don't even begin to understand or appreciate the sheer joy of a male watching this. Damn, I'm really happy I've got the right equipment. Thanks. As I've said several times on your videos - there is a serious bit of great psychological underplay in all of your projects and how you capture that tru film, comment and edit. Nope, not a 'goof head collage prof type', just captivated like the rest of your fans.

  • Andrew....I am very disappointed. You said that rain just messed your driveway up. I don't think you did much of anything to your driveway. Now, that is certainly your business, but for someone who does this a whole lot for a living. It seems to me that you really did fail...my point is...don't blame the rain. The rain had nothing to do about it. "This needs some attention, but it's not so bad". You say that it " needs just a small touch-up"...who are you kidding? I've drastically changed my idea about you...

  • Andrew I love your channel. A lot of the videos you upload address the kind of problems I face. Roadbuilding, pushing over trees, digging trenches, etc are tasks I face on our property in AR. I have a 1994 pedal steer JD650G and a modified Kubota Mini-Ex that only require one arm to work. I'm an amputee with only a right arm. My question is this; do you know of any skid steer makes or models that would be relatively easy to modify so I could run it with my feet and my right arm? A combination of pedals and joystick sounds best, but with modifications. What do you think?

  • Good thing you had some crushed rock left over from the October driveway job. Just kidding. Piece missing from right front edge of bucket, where it was welded on. 500 million years ago, New York was under the sea, which accounts for the sedimentary shale rock found all over the place.

Just put more of those in and keep the full ads at the beginning and the end. When you interrupt the actual content in the middle it is annoying(some of your other newer videos have the fully interrupting ads). Keep up the good work, lets see you make something with electric motors and batteries. I bet you could figure that out!
