  • this guy has no concept of finishing concrete first of all you dont try to wet up the concrete to make it like water you have just taken a lot of the breakage out of the concrete if it was ordered at 4000 pound breakage at 5 inch slump you put enough water in it to make it about 11 inch slump making it a 400 pound breakage concrete then you puddle that (SELF LEVELING CONCRETE) lolol and dont even screed it to consolidate the rock then you put a slick trowel (FRESNO) it before the bleed water is out and what a shitty job of edging the forms and pulling them off before the concrete is dry ------------- thats why there should be inspectors to protect the homeowners from this kind of guy o and one more thing ive had a concrete business for 45 years now so i do quaify as a professional and if i were the inspector id make him rip it all out and the hire a new contractor that knows what he is doing theses youtubers on here that say all theses so called critics just like to talk well i got news for you its a tip DONT HIRE THIS GUY

  • Andrew, you are great at what you do and probably one of the best equipment operators on UZworld. I wish I had someone like you to learn from. But please, stop doing concrete. It isn't your specialty. Leave it to the people that do it every day. I spent my high school years putting in foundations. Trust me, you are better off not doing concrete. Do the grading for it and contract out the actual concrete work. Keep up the good work.

  • Stick to gravel work kid. You have no business doing concrete. This is from a cement head of 22 years. Nothing you did in this video is right. If I were you I would go get on a concrete crew for a summer and see what you are missing. You are a go getter and I can appreciate that but one day you will either be tearing shit out, not getting paid or in court for the product you are putting out. When you are out and about take a look at concrete that you are walking on going in to places. I guarantee none of it looks like what you put out there.
