  • Wow! I had forgotten that mud flap protector device from 2 years ago, when I first saw this video. This time, I kept thinking what stops the flap from coming loose from the silver brackets? Then I realized when Andrew tested it by backing into a pile of dirt, that that was the intention of the device. Let the mud flap come off, rather than tear up the expensive mud flap.

  • This is one of my fav AC videos. I wonder how long to edit these? And yeah the trailer leaned off the hilift and this and that. Those things happen on the daily. Just good to see it left in the content, as a friendly reminder to stay safe out there.

  • Andrew, my back started hurting just watching you bending over with that regular landscaping rake. for those small handworked areas maybe invest into an asphalt lute. they come made of magnesium and are super light, with a long handle and a 2ft wide working head. might set you back $140? cheaper than a chiropractor or a wheelchair!

  • Hi Andrew. You have a lot of equipment with rubber tracks. I have steel on my Kobelco SK130. They seem to last forever. Do you think that rubber offers enough advantages over steel to make them worth while? I saw a contractors machine yesterday where the rubber tracks were really badly cut up but still appeared serviceable.

    Brian SumnerBrian SumnerOy oldin
  • Use two mudflaps and they won't rip or let the pile of dump push the truck away as you are dumping the material so it won't pinch

    J. A.J. A.Oy oldin
    • You can also put a hook at the bottom of the mudflap and hook it up so it will be higher from the ground. What we do when paving so the paver won't rip it off.

      J. A.J. A.Oy oldin
  • 15:25 lol. I don't think that little trailer is rated for that much load. I would not want to be driving behind it or in the truck. 15:46 Optimistic: load more. 1:07:46 - 1:07:48 "almost there. Whoa!!!" ~Up in flames. 1:07:50 "Okay." ~job well done, beer me. (lol) Optimism. Great video i watched the hole thing.

  • TIM from Canada here is my suggestion for you it might work it might not work but if you got your dump Truck and you had a full downside to it you would be able to put you were in and pull up the site for example you could make a hinge that would open up half of your box and you could put your word in and use your excavator or your bobcat and you could still use your dump truck
